Our First Harvest

I’ve never had much of an opportunity to hunt, but that has changed some since being a part of the staff at Servant’s Heart Camp. My friends at SHC have helped me begin to grasp some of the basics of making a successful hunt and I’ve really enjoyed the learning process.

The Lord provided us with our first harvest this year! We were blessed with a large 10-point buck just an hour into the hunting season on a beautiful, mild winter morning! It was quite the experience!

Now, I know that not everyone likes the taste of deer venison, but I have to say, this stuff is absolutely amazing. We are so thankful for God giving us this blessing for our freezer!
